Natural cosmetics workshops

Want to learn how to make lip balm, natural soap, toner or aftershave? At the Vonj poletja (Smell of Summer) Farm in the village of Vedrijan, you can take part in natural cosmetics workshops, which is definitely a great way to spend a few creative and educational hours on your holiday in Brda. They organise workshops all year round. They also include a tour of the lavender, rose and other medicinal plants they grow.

The Vonj poletja (Smell of Summer) Farm is dedicated to the cultivation, production and processing of organic herbs and olives. They focus on herbs such as lavender, damask rose, rosemary, lemon balm, melissa, lapis lazuli, sage, peppermint, which are used to make cosmetics, teas, syrups, jams, liqueurs, decorative products, as well as liqueurs, brandies and other delicacies, which are also tasted at the farm. In May, June and July you can visit the lavender and rose plantations in bloom. An open-air lavender harvest is also organised every year in July, where guests can also participate. A lavender wreath-making workshop is also available in June and July.
